The company has branches in several countries around the world and is rapidly developing its activities in foreign markets. KENOs customers are installation companies and electrical wholesaler networks. Apart from photovoltaic systems, KENOs offer also includes heat pumps, solar collectors, electric car chargers, PV mouonting and Smart Home systems.

Who are we looking for?
Sales Director
Responsibilities:
- - Development of the sales strategy for the products offered by the Keno Group
- - Establishing business contacts and building ongoing business relationships with customers
- - Participating in product development by providing information on customer and market needs
- - Managing the sales process, team, monitoring sales performance
- - Managing pricing levels and terms in line with the company's pricing policy
- - Defining effective promotional and marketing strategies
- - Participation in business meetings and industry events
- - Monitoring market trends on an ongoing basis - implementing new capabilities and solutions
- - Preparation of sales reports
- - Building a positive company image
Requirements:
- - University degree
- - Min. 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field (including human resources management)
- - Very good knowledge of the RES industry
- - Valid driving license, cat. B
- - Ability to manage sales processes, bidding and negotiating
- - Highly developed interpersonal skills
- - Ability to establish and maintain lasting business relations
- - Proactive business attitude, goal-oriented
- - Creativity, ability to come up with own initiative

B2B Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- - Actively seeking and effectively acquiring customers
- - Building and developing long-term relationships with clients
- - Increasing awareness of the company's brand and offering in the PV industry
- - Working with business customers on a B2B platform
- - Represent the company at various industry events (trade fairs, events, etc.)
Requirements:
- - Bachelor or university degree
- - Experience in a similar position
- - Knowledge of the PV industry would be a great advantage
- - Fluent knowledge of the English language
- - Exceptional motivation and high level of engagement at work
- - A high quality of service to business customers
- - Availability for business trips
- - Valid driving license
